I’m sure seasonal depression will come to kick my ass at some point, but at the moment I’m really looking forward to this winter… taking a step back and chilling out for a while. Also just feeling a bit hopeful and excited for what the year may hold.

Been loving the fall colors on my commute home this week 😍 taking light rail takes longer than driving would, but I love taking the time to look out the window, read, and relax instead. This was part of today’s route between Tukwila and Rainier Beach at 2x speed. @sound-transit.bsky.social

Tonight I finished a king size quilt I’ve been working on since about May. Really since last year, but I started in earnest in May. I can finally use my kitchen table again for eating and things now that this project is done!
