Kinda tickled with this one. I'm p experimenting with watercolour; this one was laying Tombows on my palette tile and lifting with a waterbrush to paint wet on wet.

February's #nearbynature2025 is a black squirrel. We have several in our neighbourhood, and are often seen running along the fence in our backyard

remembered about the #nearbynature2025 challenge, but forgot what it was called, so this post is for January. It is unusually cold here this winter and the robins lthat winter over ook pudgy because of their fluffed up feathers.
