it might just be irritated then, my ears do that sometimes when i slip up on aftercare. id try to gently clean the area with a saline solution, and disinfect the piercing to be safe before putting it back in. if it gets noticeably worse though and the pus because common then id get it checked

is there pus or some kind of fluid? or is it just inflamed?
