oh that's fun!!

man the whole Godsrain event is super cool. I'd love to run something around that/its aftermath sometime... maybe I'll get around to it one of these days.......

but those beach encounters were pretty fun, even if there was a bit of a learning curve on folks getting a feel for their new characters! and even though they took a long time to get through, lol

nah! we managed to do that in our first session. they took A While, since we've got a 5 person party, people are playing new classes for the first time, plus jumping into them at 11th level

we went through the Iadara feast tonight! plus travel there and such

we basically spent ~5 hours on what was two sub headings in the book. It Was So Much Fun.

I want to find and work on some more random name tables to include in my big journal Obsidian vault for the campaign. it's nice having an answer when the players ask for the name of a random NPC! who knew!

really looking forward to fully wrapping up this section and getting onward toward the next and final chapter of Strength of Thousand's third book! won't be next week, since I'll be running Spore War instead. here's hoping we can get together for a session on the 22nd!!

this kicked off a 17-round combat tonight, in which every other hostile person in the dungeon got wiped out, except for a spellcaster who managed to nab something problematic for the party and booked it before her invisibility ran out. she ALMOST got caught by the party right before getting out, too
