I made a banana and apple cream tart. The filling is a bunch of bananas and apples I put through the food processor along with cinnamon swirl bread to give it a more doughy texture.
Now to slice it up, and add whipped cream on top with all-spice.

Strange fox trick for rolling out delicate dough.
Plastic wrap the cutting board for easier adjustments to be made with the dough after thinning it.
This also avoids the issue of the dough sticking to the board and tearing. The dough won't stick to the plastic wrap and you have a premade divider.~
