DS2 has been a victim of a smear campaign, ive been recently playing through it (ive made it to the dragon shrine) and ive been loving it. I still prefer ds1 but considering i prefer 1 over 3 i think thats more based on my preferences, only thing i prefer from later games is armor variety and bosses

the fact these two are only 2 years apart on the same console makes me wanna cry (in dark souls defense it had 1 year less dev time with a smaller team AND they ran out of time)
