说实话 现代社会的权力游戏，早就已经不是那刀光剑影的资源争夺，都转化为金钱、影响力与欲望的无声较量！那些在社交媒体上炫耀豪车、游艇和名牌生活的人，并非只是享受，可能就是以炫耀的方式来参与这场零和博弈，用当前可见的财富制造等级，用别人的羡慕确认自己的位置，因为在这个光鲜外壳下面，仍然远古的逻辑，那就是我有，你没有，所以我胜了，内心的精神层次得到了满足！👍

说实话 现代社会的权力游戏，早就已经不是那刀光剑影的资源争夺，都转化为金钱、影响力与欲望的无声较量！那些在社交媒体上炫耀豪车、游艇和名牌生活的人，并非只是享受，可能就是以炫耀的方式来参与这场零和博弈，用当前可见的财富制造等级，用别人的羡慕确认自己的位置，因为在这个光鲜外壳下面，仍然远古的逻辑，那就是我有，你没有，所以我胜了，内心的精神层次得到了满足！👍
我之前也是这样，后面学打太极，慢慢让身体空间感受有助于方向感建立就好了。你可以练练瑜伽 舞蹈之类的

你这本我看过，还有一本书 海德格尔传：通向黑暗时代的通道，Hugo Ott的。尤其还深入探讨了海德格尔和纳粹的关系，不美化他作为思想家的人性短板

小依的故事很典型，也很现实。很多人在性别认知上经历过阶段性的混乱，我觉得这跟社会缺乏系统性别性质教育和认知引导密不可分的，她从厌女钢铁直男到认定自己是男同性恋，最后发现自己是跨性别女性，这个过程就反映了个体在自我认同上的探索和演变了，也暴露了教育体系和社会支持的不足，我经常讲 早期的科学教育和包容环境是多么重要啊，能够减少不必要的迷茫和痛苦，对那些还在摸索的人来说，时间虽宝贵，但永远不晚！
