Happy birthday to me. Turned 31 today. Life has been crazy, especially these last two years. But I’m glad I am walking the road I am on. It is turning me into my best self.

Had a really stressful day yesterday. Couldn’t sleep the night before like actually stayed awake feeling every min go by. Then the exhaustion kicked in and the depression and the hurricane of mental attacks. I’m glad today is better. That was probably the worst I have felt in a long while.

Thought about my Ex today. Probably cause classes started again and my brain is everywhere. I hope life is treating you good. Remember to sleep correctly, put on your CPap. Remember to eat, you get cranky and you don’t even know it. Remember to drink water, just a normal consensus. Hope you’re happy

I understand that everything happens for a reason. And for some of those reasons I can see how it can be positive. I just wish I understood life’s reasons sometimes.
