Well folks I am unwell.
I just got home from seeing Exorcist: Believer. And believe me. I wanted to believe. I wanted to do badly. But that has got to be the worst thing I have ever laid my eyes on.
David Gordon Green is now number 1 on my shit list. Ryan Murphy has been bumped to #2 for now.

Day 4: What horror film did you expect the least from and were most pleasantly surprised with?

Honestly I’d have to say Paranormal Activity. Being found footage my expectations are generally low but this one is top tier.

I missed day 3 but here it is.

Day 3: what’s the first horror movie you remember watching?

Nightmare on Elm Street on VHS. I still own that tape to this day, it was my moms when she was a kid and she let me watch it. Changed my world.

Day 2: Name a Horror character (not actor) whom you’d like to spend a 3 Say road trip with.

Mine is a tie. I really like Randy from Scream. But also Marty from Cabin in the Woods. Both would be phenomenal.

Ideally it’s Marty as co-pilot to pass the “coffee” with Randy in back.

Day 1: What Horror Movie have you seen the most and how many times?

It’s easily The Exorcist. I’ve seen the movie easily 25+ times, I watch it at least once a year and sometimes more.

In the Earth review: As cinema, I give it an 8/10. The visuals were great, the acting was believable and I was impressed with what they did with limited cast.

As a movie it was 5/10 for me. I had a hard time staying engaged in the story. Felt confused for most of it. Probably a one time watch.

Giving this one a shot tonight. Review later.

I have unfinished scripts galore and I just started converting those scripts into Dungeons and Dragons campaigns to flesh out the minor details and then I’ll convert those back into media.

That’s the plan anyway.
