Been playing Yooka-Replaylee in my spare time, and gosh this game is such a gem. The movement is buttery smooth, and the game feel is so much more satisfying, everything feels just so responsive. Might turn out to be one of my favourite 3d platformers. *chefs kiss* 👏

If your game relies on a fun core mechanic, but gets used over and over, then its best to implement it using the "sandwich method" to prevent going stale. Within the game design make it so you do another action before, then use your mechanic followed by another action.
