It is exacerbating real issues and the question you have to ask yourself is if voting doesn’t work then why do so many rich assholes and foreign dictators spend so much time and money convincing people not to do it?

There is a concerted effort by malign actors through Tik Tok and other social media to convince young Americans that the political process is pointless. And that propaganda campaign is working.

A lot of people don’t even want to bother unless they think it’s guaranteed they’ll love it. Endless choices means people are more precious about what they consume. When I was a kid the movie I watched on tv didn’t have to beat every movie ever. Just the ones on at the same time.

Nobody wants to talk about the other point. Gen Z is on Tik Tok and getting constantly worked by propaganda. We talk about people marinating in Twitter and getting a weird view of the world well there’s also a 24/7 campaign to divide people on the left on Tik Tok and it’s fucking working.

What the fuck does that even mean? Who do YOU want to run? If enough of you agree on it they'll win the nomination. If your answer is "there is no Democrat I'd accept" then what is the point of courting you?

Will never learn what exactly? This is one poll in one state of what the Democratic voters there want. It's not exactly indicative of the larger electorate and the 2028 election is 3 fucking years away.

Feel like a lot of it is also the current youngest generation not realizing every generation was broke in their 20s. “I can’t afford a house and I never have any money.” Yeah that was me until 30 too. I don’t know anyone who was well off in their 20s unless they came from money.

How many is it going to be on this week? If you're not available one week and your only choice the next week is 2 PM on a Tuesday you're not going to be able to see that movie.

If you don’t live in a big city you basically get zero shot at seeing these movies in theaters. If I Had Legs I’d Kick You was out for one week. Found out that Wednesday and already had plans for the weekend and by the next week it was gone.
