Is this classed as progress or stagnation from where I was back in July 2025? I weighed 88.6kgs then, and now's it's fluctuating between 68-70, although I've kept to the 69 guideline.

Over the last few months I started a weight loss journey, and even if I don't/can't see the differences at times looking at myself in the mirror, I look back on old pictures and see how far I've come and changed.

Genuine tears were shed today by me, this is not an understatement (or is it overstatement?) on my behalf. I have always struggled with weight, I have always struggled with diets.
This, while it may be a lot for some, this is the lowest I've weighed since 2009. I have achieved something 😭😭

She is 100% better now, and going on (4.. FOUR?!?!) daily walks.
Least it's keeping my blood pressure down, she'll grow into that harness, and (hopefully) no more unexpected trips to the vets for her.

She's walking fine on the leg now, happy days, no x-ray or MRIs needed on her. They said full strength will come back with confidence and more walks.
