No, the intelligence agencies of the United States surveilling enemy states is mostly good
And largely irrelevant to this discussion because even in snowdens own statements he didn’t have an issue with foreign intelligence he just (mostly incorrectly) thought it was poorly targeted

To be clear I think that’s all largely correct he just also had a personal stick up his ass about being a dead ender professionally and was acting (to some debatable proportion) out of spite and revenge for the perceived slights

i dont believe theres evidence that he fabricated things and i think he of multiple goals genuinely did not like some of the mass surveillance programs, but he intended to cause broad harm to national security, not well meaning whistle-blowing.

yes im saying you are wrong in that the rich and corporations already pay more than an even share of taxation.
they would have to pay more to increase services but if you are going rich only tax increases and not broad base at this point you are wrong economically even if you are right politically
