What Johnson is describing is one executive branch employee giving sign off to another executive branch employee, no actual judge involved. That is the process they're saying is sufficient for federal agents to smash your door and storm into your house.

What Johnson is describing is one executive branch employee giving sign off to another executive branch employee, no actual judge involved. That is the process they're saying is sufficient for federal agents to smash your door and storm into your house.
