To make up Jaina, we worked through the history of the whole Rainbow Spirit Faeries line. These are more informal, but really helped figure out the baselines
Sketches of Aljain, a character from Rainbow Spirit Faeries. Aljain is the unseelie form of Jaina and was an enemy of the main characters. She carries an eye of the Umber King, as well as his mark (the thorn tattoo). Aljain is a pink-skinned fairy with a mean expression. She has a shaved head with one lock of pink hair, six thorn earrings, and poison-green eyes. Aljain wears a battle outfit in shades of purple and black. She wears a gray, tattered half-cape beneath an eye shoulder guard. Aljain looks mean. Sketches the mark 1 dolls of the main fairies from Rainbow Spirit Faeries. There is a line-up of 8 fairies, each with similar outfits and wings. The fairies are color coordinated, with an outfit similar to Sophie Battle from Binary Break. From left to right, they are Skalia (blue), Lucia (yellow), Chlora (green), Carmie (red), Fauna (orange), Jaina (pink), Diamond (purple), Chiri (light blue). They have glitter, big brush-able doll hair, and small accessories. Sketches the mark 3 fairies of the main cast from Rainbow Spirit Faeries. There is a line-up of 9 fairies, each with themed outfits and wings. The fairies are color coordinated, with a lot more variation than their Mark 1 counterparts. From left to right they are; Skalia (blue, water and sky theme, an athlete), Diamond (purple, gem theme, wearing a cloak, from the Moon), Chlora (green, plants and forest theme, a trickster), Lucia (yellow, ballet dancer theme, looks sunny), Fauna (orange, chimera/animal theme, OMG so random), Carmie (red, fireworks theme, a scientist), Jaina (pink, flower and thorn theme, the sixth ranger), Chiri (light blue, ice theme, a pirate), Guz (black, poison theme, reformed unseelie and emo).

Writing the RSF promo for the Digi Bowl episode of binary break shook some cobwebs loose so I might write something small with her to keep the engine warm
