This is absolutely SICK Zapdos fan art. Zapdos was always my favorite of the Legendary Bird trio and I adore how you painted it in the style of old Japanese gods. Love the lightning brewing around the big electric bird and how 'weird' the facial features are, showing it's a higher being. Amazing!

This is absolutely SICK Zapdos fan art. Zapdos was always my favorite of the Legendary Bird trio and I adore how you painted it in the style of old Japanese gods. Love the lightning brewing around the big electric bird and how 'weird' the facial features are, showing it's a higher being. Amazing!

Love how hulking and huge, yet gentle you made him look as he rises out of the funky blue swamp waters. Love the back angle, really captures his great profile and love him side eyeing the reader. The surreal colors are gorgeous too, love that pink moon!
