This is so convoluted.
In a state that already passed "ban the box," employers cannot ask about felon status and must instead rely on background checks; but now even Judges are actively undermining those efforts?

Hey @climatologist49.bsky.social , have you ever examined whether there are statistically more record T's set during leap years (post-2/29) than non-leap year Mar-Dec spans?
I'm curious how the one-day jitter-step of a leap year might show up in record stats, if at all? @ianlivingston.bsky.social
