Not to be "cringe" or "basic" or "having a sincerely positive feeling about something", but I really enjoyed the Oscar ceremony. Almost every movie I thought deserved recognition got some, Conan was funny, it was nice to have a few hours to focus on something besides psychopathic politicians. Bravo.

In 2024 I watch through all of Lynch’s films and the entirety of Twin Peaks for the first time. The mark he has left on cinema is undeniable, and while not all of his projects resonate with me, the vast canvas of his career is gorgeous and sweeping and one I hope to revisit many times.
