Been quite a day for #Orioles prospects in the desert.

OF Thomas Sosa and C Ethan Anderson each hit 1st homers of the Arizona Fall League season, while LHP Luis De León (O's No. 21 per MLB Pipeline) struck out 7 & allowed 1 unearned run in 4 IP.

Mike Elias on #Orioles’ catching situation: “Adley’s the guy. He will be our frontline catcher.”

Elias said there’s room to have 2 good catchers, which he feels the O’s have with Rutschman and Basallo.

“I’m glad we have the both of them together.”

#Orioles OF Heston Kjerstad has been getting treatments for a medical condition and is responding favorably. Mike Elias said Kjerstad will be in Spring Training.

Elias declined to say what Kjerstad’s medical issue has been, whether it’s similar to past stuff he’s dealt with.

The #Orioles' 2025 season ends with a 3-2 loss to the Yankees, who sweep the 3-game set in New York.

The O's finish at 75-87 and in 5th place in the AL East.

Next up: the offseason.

Dean Kremer's day in relief for the #Orioles is done after 1 1/3 scoreless innings without allowing a hit. 20 pitches, 13 strikes.

Kremer finishes the season with 171 2/3 -- 1 shy of his career high of 172 2/3 set in 2023.
