I always think it sounds like a jaunty ode to the original Mission Impossible theme.

Literally nobody but me will know and I think it would've been faster to fix each incoming bug individually in the 6 different versions of the screen that the previous owner had implemented.

I feel this in my soul as someone who just spent two days refactoring down to a single controller button hint screen that supports images & icons for PS4/PS5/Xbox/Switch, localized to EFIGS/Chinese/PTBR, in aspect ratios from 4:3 to 16:10+, with accessibility text scaling for SteamDeck compliance. 😅

I think the bar is development cost.
For purposes of awards, the maximum allowed could be a defined percentage of the median budget of the GOTY nominees from the prior year.
I also think risk is a big part of being indie, so I'd vote to exclude situations like MintRocket/Nexon, but that's just me.

My issue is that I don't think enough folks know who that is, not just in respect to his viewpoints (which I agree can and should be completely ignored), but in regards to the platform that is helping to spread them.
