I’ve bailed on seeing this movie at least twice prior to do other things, the first one was on my birthday like six weeks ago. I, frankly, don’t deserve the chance to see it now, but here I am by the grace of something.

Got both COVID shot #5 and flu shot today and I’m already feeling like I probably should’ve spaced them out by a bit.

You would’ve thought Jonathan Taylor Thomas was Jesus. I wonder why he decided to abandon public life…

Some days I obsess and despair over how little of an impression I make online, and then today I reviewed a show, the band liked the review, and now I’m wigging out about it.

Liquid Metal just switched from Slayer to Korn and I heard Kerry King screaming somewhere.

I’ll be honest, Korn’s my favorite band and even I was like “Aw”

I’m at the most awake point in my week, I’ve eaten and used the bathroom, I’m as ready as I possibly can be to hunker down for the next three and a half hours.

Oh, look, I’m exactly the mess I knew I’d be when I read the plot synopsis for this back in January.

As someone who’s left more people behind in moves than he wants to think about, even if this isn’t the best movie I’ll see this year, I feel confident saying it’ll be the one I relate to the most.

I wish I’d liked this more, but there were still some great moments.

Seems appropriate to have come straight from church to see this (in glorious IMAX!). Whether in the sanctuary or the theater, we gather together to make a joyful noise on Sunday.

Now, if only my church served mozzarella sticks…

Apparently we’re now judging metal bands for dressing like normal people on magazine covers now.

Please, oh please, can we just go back to debating meaningless sub-genres instead? At least those mind-numbing discussions might yield some new band recommendations…
