I believe any story can work, just not any execution. But Star Trek was weird because I felt rebooting Star Trek would never work cus old trek cast were their characters. Their acting made them unique to themselves. But I’ll be damned the movies nailed the OS casting. Movies aside, spot on casting

I want to keep reading the Toa Hordika saga but also seeing Team Metru being at each others throats keeps making me anxious because only knowing the movies I know shits about to get a lot worst. Good thing I’m reviewing this story weekly on a podcast to keep me motivated lol.

the Toa Metru saga has been one of my favorite stories to read ever so far. The movies are good but they don’t do the Justice to what these guys went through.
It feels like every step for them was an insurmountable struggle and they all had to grow up so fast in an apocalyptic time.

I can’t believe they brought this little shit back and actually expanded on her character!
And making her and Knuckles closer friends was a smart choice. To bad because this is classic era we won’t get to see her in modern stories with this but whatever.

The Bohrok-Kal saga was so fucking peak. The beginning was pretty much a slight improvement from the first book in terms of structure. But when the Bohrok-Kal showed up, these guys were so strong they nearly broke time to try to stop them and still almost lost
