Still coding stuff like it was 1999
He knows there will come a time of accountability… I hope the transition will have a small gap using current standards as base of judgement

I love it is considered offensive (anstødeligt in danish ) 😂

Nice and clean format without distracting ferns and other intended to be cozy props. I also prefer the fixed frame over the avatar style talking head. For more complex code let it transition into full screen rather than trying to fit both

IMO extreme dishonesty will always “dupe” anyone who holds progressive ideas that requires trust to function

I myself did not see a guy advocating universal healthcare ending up in the 💩-place he is in now

FWIK there are only observations of the change - not the “reasoning”

NY shows that European ideas aren’t frightening and or radical. It’s a good step forward but 850K voting for Cuomo is a reminder of real change takes time and hard work.

Nice taunt - but you still make it about the US - don't!

Haha, I’ve followed you for too long not to take your word for it 😉.
AVIF is one of my best low hanging fruits - one tiny Sharp.JS script have saved me a ton. If JXL proves to provide a useful browser fallback I’ll add it to my picture srcset fallback, but AVIF probably is going to stay on top

TBH I’m mostly focused on size/quality and alpha (animation is a plus but not the main selling point). Not sure how it compares to AVIF (haven’t done my homework) but if it can bring even better compression to the table I’m all in

@myndex.bsky.social did a ton of work on color contrast. I like the APCA suggestion way better than the current WCAG 2

I call it outset because it has the vibe of border-style: outset;

You’re not breaking up with me - I’m breaking up with you energy

On iOS 18.5 it looks like this on my phone… but maybe it’s not what you are asking

Great read - I like it does not make promises (and provides no copy paste solutions for the lazy dogs) Liquid Ass is a horrible idea for everyone —except the part of triggering the engineering addiction of feeble minds 🙈

Trump staying on message for 4 minutes straight never happened. No Arnold Palmer, ballrooms, strong crying men, slurs etc.

Considering if() is on the way and toggles have been available for a long time (e.g. kizu.dev/cyclic-toggl...) I think it might be better to focus on how integrated triggers like color-scheme: light dark high-contrast dim Barbie; could work in that context. Rather than having specialized functions
Cyclic Dependency Space Toggles
Over the past few years, I wanted to be able to select a value from a list in CSS by toggling a single custom property. We have the “space toggle” for booleans, and hopefully, one day, we’ll get style...

Considering the base - it would be no cure for cancer - just a bit of relief before JD and what have you
