It's illegal to build good infrastructure in Britain. You need to over spend and make little to no progress before scrapping it.

Yeah, I totally get that. I got most of my music news from twitter in particular. Recently I was surprised when I checked my YouTube and saw a new music video by a band I like. It was a nice surprise though.
