I am asked "Why don't you have Facebook on your phone?". Not since the FB Messenger app started reading SMS text messages, mining them, etc, about 10 years ago. Leopard can't change it's spots.

I suspect splitting this out on the usage/bill could lead to realization that "it's negligible", and a possible change in billing rate (cost) for it (which, if negligible, will have almost zero financial impact either way).

"Corporate" certs only work if the user device has already been compromised with a Corporate CA cert being previously added to the trust store (eg during imaging or via boot scripts/policy that user agrees to).

I was UCC ctte in 95 when Coke wanted the machine back (UCC Pres 1996). Large amounts of IT talent running the Internet in Aus & various tech businesses like Apple, Google, Amazon, SKA came through UCC. It predates the Homebrew Computer Club in the US, just turned 50 and is still thriving.
