See i think the fluidity of how Diaby and Watkins would drop and stretch worked nicely. Diaby helped give Bailey room on the right.

Not to mention, defensive upgrades are vital. For all my love for the players we have, their brain farts in key moments will always hold us back.

Also, i would absolutely love JJ to have a full, strong season. He’s an absolute gem, imo.
I’d love to know how many cut back goals he’s been involved in, because i feel he really excels at it. That and the half turn.

Rowe filling Garcia mins; L1/L2 calling.
Iling Jr as RW may be worth keeping for EL mins until Jan?

Jimoh-Abola looks useful but not there yet. A high end L1 loan after the league cup match does more for him than low end Championship or staying here.

100%. It’s a tough market for most, so i think we’re handling it calmly and well.
Didn’t get to watch all the games this pre-season, but the ones i have, it seemed our tempo was much better at times? What do you think?

Areas that do hold us back. But this is a really strong squad, and i believe we will see another change or 2 in the next few weeks. Dominoes, etc.
