War on #nature goes on; entire hedge on RHS of picture has been cut down by Bellway. I tried to save it, but rejected by #Braintree DC. To be fair, BDC did refuse planning but it was granted on Appeal.
2 Oak trees in #SilverEnd also face destruction.
Planning applications to fell both of them.

Pleased to have confirmation last night at #Braintree DC Budget meeting that Green cllr requests for solar panels on #SilverEnd village hall are included in draft Budget; £61k.
Makes sense that when roof is replaced (scheduled work) solar panels are added on the largest village hall in England.

Litter pick today along my usual stretch of road in #Rivenhall - only about 200 mtrs long - & this was the result.
A pile of the usual garbage thrown from vehicles by selfish, ignorant people whose names are not known but who buy from fast outlets including McJunk, KFC, Wild Bean Cafe.

And if its possible to have 2 brass necks - he is also a presenter on GB News, which is in effect Reform's house TV channel.

At midnight, Full Moon beams down from altitude of 60 degrees - almost as high in sky as the Full Moon can get from here in #Essex
Because the Moon is near the closest point to Earth in its elliptical orbit, it is also that bit larger and brighter than usual.
