My new article is out in the Modern Law Review, arguing that the rule of law requires public officials to engage in "full-bodied" promulgation where a new rule diverges from a long-standing legal rule or established moral norms.

I feel like I've been getting unreasonably rattled by the frivolous use of push notifications for some time, but the fact that someone at the BBC decided to specifically alert me to the concept of "raw-dogging" a flight is the final straw for me.
