Trump opposes NYC's seemingly quite successful traffic congestion pricing system. Ford opposes allowing Toronto to toll its roads or traffic. (And Ford's got the backing of the provincial Liberals and NDP on that.)

I nerded out on this a while ago, thought you might be interested. Plenty about organizing at a time before it was supported by any/much enabling legislation in Canada.
