If you can get it in the UK, I'd recommend this from AVM - the Fritz stuff is all designed in Germany and used very widely here, it's been rock solid for me for years. Although it's marketed as a "repeater" it can also connect to a non-Fritz router and share the Ethernet port to existing wifi.
