Is it specifically an NIW in the sense commonly used to waive the labor certification requirement? I had the impression that 'National Interest Waiver' is a more broad power to waive *any* eligibility or disqualification requirement if the Secretary of State deems it in the national interest...

Coupled with a strange belief that the only measure of right vs wrong is whether something is 'technically illegal', which means if the Supreme Court says it's not against the constitution, you should face no consequences for doing it. A morality based on "if you're famous they let you do it."

The AI cast Oscar Isaac and Jennifer Connolly, but since they a rent appearing in the poster I guess it assumed they’d use AI face replacement tech to make one or both of them look exactly like Sam Altman in this movie.

Definitely want to see this case put to all the talking heads who are adopting the talking point that survivors represent a clear threat which makes them a legitimate target. If that’s the case why didn’t those two guys end up in gitmo?

We also have the case where the navy pulled two survivors out of the water after one of these strikes.
Had Hegseth’s orders changed by that time? If so what caused this change? If not, did someone disobey an order?
