“Flyer feature” is Loblaws language for: “We’ve doubled the price because we can.”

It’s truly evil to be pushing “Proudly Canadian” to make more billions when you are robbing Canadians worse than Trump ever has.

What a ride. Fifty one shows. Six provinces. Thousands of laughs. And honestly the best year of my life. Thank you to everyone who came out and to all the wonderful theatres, clubs, venues, breweries, arts centres and promoters I was lucky enough to work with. I am deliriously grateful to all.

I absolutely love Hampton Brewing Co. Ltd. Not just because they make phenomenal beer, but because everything they do comes from pure heart, passion and community. And I am doing one final show there this year on Tuesday 16th December. Tickets are here:

I just had the absolute pleasure of interviewing Jared Betts for the inaugural Art + Design special issue of The Maritime Edit. This is an artist who has shown his neon-fairy, punk-art magic in over 200 exhibitions around the world… Tokyo, Paris, New York, London, Iceland, Costa Rica.

There are very few cars that can handle a Maritimes winter and a summer road trip to Prince Edward Island, while still making you feel like you’re in an episode of Top Gear. The new 2025 Audi S3 is one of them.

So incredibly proud of my 12-year-old son, River, for the thoughtful and beautifully written book reviews he contributes to The Maritime Edit. His passion for reading - and his ability to express it so eloquently - inspires me every single issue.

Nights like this remind me why I love what I do. Huge thanks to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation for an unforgettable experience. It was an event filled with laughter, philanthropy and the delightful kind of warm, joyful, up-for-it audience that every comedian dreams of performing for.

So much fun hosting the annual Atlantic Interior Design Awards at Pier 21 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. A real honour to share the stage with so many spectacularly talented world class designers, many of whom are the brains behind some of my favourite places on earth. Photographs: Milos Tosic
