This #FundraisingFriday we want to thank everybody who took part in September's Carry that Weight Challenge 2025 organised by the team at Caring Connections. The group walked 26 miles, with some participants in weighted vests, to raise funds for James' Place!👏🎉

At James' Place we use cards during our therapy sessions with men in suicidal crisis - we call this part of our therapy 'Lay Your Cards on the Table'. The cards help a man quickly explain what is going on for him. More info about the free, life-saving therapy we offer at jamesplace.org.uk
