I am amazed at how much content is AI generated. Even on Substack, it appears real people are generating large portions of an essay using AI. It’s generic, dumb down and has the same cadence every time. I’m so disappointed.

A great example of a leading medical journal doing pharmaceutical marketing by focusing on new drugs that have never tested themselves against the very drug they arevilifying with an unrepresentative picture of a side effect that tends to be mild only occurs in 5 to 10% of men.

I'm concerned there is a major error or flaw we haven't discovered yet, perhaps with data handling or analysis. There are red flags that suggest lack of rigor. If this preparation were available & cheap & devoid of side effects, I'd say "sure, why not" - but they aren't. Though I'd not be dogmatic.
