The problem is when I have been busy and told them I have a work meeting, they always seem to ask if they should come back later. You seem damned whatever you do.

I humour them out of not wanting to be too direct. Then I feel bad for wasting their time.

Year before last I saw What Happens Later. It was an objectively bad movie yet it was memorable. It wasn't even funny bad. Even bad movies can be an experience.

I enjoy my Limitless pass at the cinema mostly due to being able to go blind into a movie. It is particularly good when they do a mystery unreleased movie. Saw a movie called The Novice a couple of years ago, I'd never have picked it but it was one of my favourites of the year.

I feel like choice paralysis plays a part. We can watch practically anything now but it seemed better when we had no choice but to watch something that we wouldn't specifically choose to watch or only a very limited selection of something we did want to watch. Like a reverse algorithm.

I always feel I am early when I join a call at the scheduled start time.

It does just have that early season weirdness typical of a pilot but in film form.

Would love to see a 50 minute version of TMP. The transporter accident would be the first thing to go. Whereas the McCoy scene is a nice shorthand to recap his character.
