After the show (a matinee) I stood outside the Public and watched the cast exit. Richard B. Schull made airplane wings with his arms as he walked up Lafayette Street and Olympia Dukakis laughed at him and said "What are you doing?!" I wasn't a professional actor yet and I thought "This is the life."
