I've had a lot, but the top is probably when my wife and I had a beach to ourselves and a whale showed up and hung out with us for a good 20 minutes rounding and diving. Then before it took off it turned on it's side and "waved" it's fin goodbye. Amazing experience, of course we waved back.

I think clearly the one who is getting the job done correctly.
Terminology is going to be easier to learn than actual problem-solving, and if neither ever improves, definitely want the one who is actually finding solutions.
