Agreed - e.g. page 24 of the 2017 Adeptus Mechanicus Codex refers to the XIIth Gnuvian Recidivism in the context of those Kastelan robots that just appear sometimes. I have *no idea* what this is, and I love that somebody has just thrown this in to let everybody's imagination go wild with.

Thank you for posting this - I'm in the middle of painting my 14 x CH2 Chaos Warriors unit with a CH5 Chaos Sorcerer for The Old World, and this helps!
The CH2 Warriors are dwarfed by the plastic unit of Warriors (Sorcerer Lord & Urkhan with them make it worse) but it makes me happy to field them.
