I’ve updated aitoolz.info with a daily podcast now. Also completely written and voiced by AI (opus 4.6 and Qwen tts), with snazzy intro and outro, of course (thx 11Labs).
I continue to be blown away by all of this.
Please take a listen and let me know what you think..

Amazing what image generators are capable of. Here's a one-shot AI generation of a comic based on a summary of today's AI news.

I Built a Website That Runs Itself
I built a website that updates itself every day, with no human in the loop. It scrapes YouTube videos and web articles, transcribes audio, extracts mentions of AI tools using a language model, scores ...

Today’s sourdough bread was a result of way too over-proofing. The taste is equally wild.

The last CrossFit workout that I did was before my daughter was born. But tonight, my daughter and I went out to a CrossFit gym close by our house and did a CrossFit WOD together.

This one might end up there with Contact and Interstellar.

I still find it unbelievable that I can just paste text for a minestrone recipe into an AI image generator and it creates something like this. No other instructions. Just the recipe. It's as if it cooks the meal within its neural network. Uncanny.

It’s super easy to make your own cold brew coffee. You can buy simple cold brew coffee makers or what I do is just use a French press.

Nothing compares to a physical notebook. No amount of digital wizardry is able to outcompete the act of writing notes by hand.
Note taking, doodling, collecting and checking off to-do lists, compiling thoughts and sketching.
I’ve tried it all and the notebook wins.

The last year, seems like my body started falling apart.
Noticeably. The list is long.
Making this first bsky post meaningful and declaring that this next trip around the sun will be awesome. Health, fitness and wellness. Longevity and healthspan tips welcome. 🙏
