Decided to get up and spend the day cleaning the house around the two sleeping cats who seemed really annoyed I was interrupting their naps.

We are done asking. We are done waiting. This is an attack on democracy, on abortion rights, on trans rights, on workers’ rights and we will not take it anymore.

Today I joined with hundreds of Missourians in front of the State Capitol to say we will not be silent. We will not stand by while you attack our fellow Missourians, erase the voice of the people and ignore elections results.

Missouri Republicans just voted to overturn everything we fought for and won at the ballot last year. Abortion rights. Minimum wage increases. Paid sick leave. All tossed out because these smug cowards claim we “didn’t understand what we were voting for.”
