Agreed on youth. We've spent four years picking up players from other academies/abroad and we're yet to see any of them make an impact on the first team.

I agree completely, depth isn't used. Howe relies on a game plan that requires player consistency, but that doesn't work when you've got three games a week

We have four high-quality centre backs. Granted, we could do with fullback cover on both sides.
