Wrong. The whole point is to drown eligible Minnesotans in paperwork so they fall through the cracks and lose care.

Why? To pay for tax cuts for the rich.

To funnel tax cuts to billionaires, they:

- kick 14 million off health insurance
- deny food assistance to millions
- gut clean energy investments

It's the most unethical budget I've ever seen.
