In The Lord of the Rings, Palantiri were jewels corrupted by Sauron and used to watch and corrupt foes of Mordor. Most famously Denethor and Saruman. Leaders of the opposition. That’s a dumbed down version, to a degree, but the gist is there. And these bozos called their company that.
January 23, 2026 at 7:53 PM
They named their company Palantir for fuck’s sake.

The 2023 drop was due to the passage of time from the Covid crisis. Don’t love the lead argument, but I do think abortion rights played a role.

The Big Bloated Bill increased the deficit by $4 trillion+, so your last one is a joke.

Additionally, the admin is specifically going after Captain Mark Kelly’s pension and livelihood. Has to be considered.

It’s 3. The US already had access to Greenland for all intents and purposes.

I believe it is pure terrorist activity. Control the voting apparatus through fear so the midterms are disrupted.
January 19, 2026 at 6:44 PM
Is it striking? They’re going to Maine next. They’re invading blue ”swing states” for election interruption. And then they’ll move the blue blooded states after that.
January 17, 2026 at 3:30 PM
Indeed. Truly tragic.

I’m saying that Miller’s dogma isn’t rooted in Christian myths. Like Satan.
January 17, 2026 at 4:29 AM
Stephen Miller is Jewish, just for the record.

Man, this lingo “bad shoot” really irks me. And this is not from a MAGA lunatic.

It’s not a “shoot”, it’s a loss of life (whenever it happens).

(Sorry)
January 16, 2026 at 9:17 PM
Can we please get the point of reference to this question?
January 15, 2026 at 2:40 PM
Unless it was liver and stomach due to all the booze.
January 14, 2026 at 5:31 PM
It’s almost like actually pricing in externalities raises the cost number very very high. Whodathunk.
January 12, 2026 at 7:29 PM
Combat veteran Senator, yes.
January 12, 2026 at 4:35 PM
Defeatism is way up in 2026, apparently. Damn.
January 7, 2026 at 1:27 PM
Spoke about this before. Trump’s SCOTUS shield was (is?) ironclad. They would have found a way to get to Election Day 2024 without a ruling. Remember, Trump was indicted on 4 separate occasions for a litany of felony charges and convicted of 31 of them and it didn’t move the needle. Priors unchanged

Vote for me!

The only way the public will turn on this is if they actually “feel” the full brunt of their decisions. What sucks is that their privilege insulates them for awhile. People can’t even read anymore.
January 5, 2026 at 2:29 PM
It’s both at this point. It used to be the latter, but the tail caught the dog, or the feedback loop reached its natural conclusion, or whatever. So they are both stupid and think we are.
December 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM
Oh, you mean the one the media lied about for over a year in the run up to the election? That “project”?
December 22, 2025 at 1:08 AM
Didn’t they try this stuff in Puerto Rico? The Singapore of the West or some nonsense?
