People act like this is purely a Dem problem, but I think it goes both ways and is often overstated. 2016 was a pretty low turnout election, and the difference between 2020 and 2024 in terms of vote percentage to candidates was damn small.

Trump lost and then won. Maybe she can too, I dunno. I DO think that AfAms are the kingmakers in the Dem party. If they coalesce behind one candidate, that person probably gets the nom.
But it's way to early to bedwet about this. I suspect the eventual nom is someone few of us are thinking about.
