Tbh after reading play nice: the rise, fall and future of blizzard entertainment, I think @jasonschreier.bsky.social would probably be able to make an absolute banger of a book from this games story. Because man, it’s such a high profile disaster. I really wanna know why it ended up the way it did.

While I do think the games could look better, I don’t think palworld art direction is how the games should look.

Also besides sword and shield, the gameplay of modern pokemon has been fairly decent, ultra sun and moon, scar vio etc were kinda challenging and LA was a really fun experience.

I would say no because Nintendo kinda took too long to announce it. Not saying it’s their own fault but I kind of am.
