Housing alone doesn't build communities or solve problems long term. It creates sprawl, exacerbating existing issues. Integrated planning is essential, including schools, shops, services, parks, road upgrades, and higher-density housing. Simply adding 70k houses in 10 years is insufficient.

Certainly better than PS5 controllers. I have no idea how my almost 30 year old Sega Mega Drive (Genesis) controller still works flawlessly, but my 3 yesr old PS5 controller is effectively a paperweight until I buy replacement sticks.

I do love it, however, I'd want to know that the stick drift issue has been fixed, which somehow I don't see it being fixed with a PS1 skin.
