People have to realise that the current welfare system is unsustainable. It has to be reformed in some way, otherwise the care provided will be diluted for everyone and be less than useless. No one suggests an alternative solution, just immediately starts a protest.

Lots of things are beginning to improve. Some people just won’t acknowledge anything that is getting better and expect a complete turnaround in less than a year.

The fraudsters need to be weeded out. A neighbour has a disability sign outside his house, claims disability benefits, yet walks miles with his dog, cleans his car every couple of days and has an immaculate garden. Admits he doesn’t want people parking outside his house. This is paid by tax payers.

I’m one who was devastated that Brexit happened. We absolutely need closer relationships with Europe, but realistically Brexit will not be reversed for decades, if ever. Wouldn’t it be better to spend time and money negotiating the best deals for Britain and Europe?

I totally agree. More concerning is the misinformation that bombards voters from various sources. No one knows what is true anymore. The BBC used to appear unbiased; now very few journalists seem to be. You are a rare exception.
