My tip to parents worried about their kids in this climate is a two word one: media literacy. Be aware of what your kids are watching and listening to and weigh in on it when you must out of your own experience, so they can develop critical thinking. That’s how I was raised, it worked very well

I found myself in the hospital this weekend with a knee injury. I quickly learned that my local hospital has ONE bariatric wheelchair (and they share it with the long term care facility). Will be writing a lot of emails to the SHA and a certain health minister.
