This looks just up my street. I’ll download it now but it will have to wait until I’ve finished re-reading the Wool trilogy! I can never just read books I love once; I always go back to them. My bad memory probably helps me enjoy them just as much the second time.

What about Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros. It has dragons, dystopia and a strong female character. Or if that’s a bit YA then maybe The Broken Earth Trilogy by N K Jemisin.
