Arachne, Prometheus, even Chronos are prime examples of this. The game never really justifies the genuinely horrific actions Zeus, Hera & Athena inflicted on them - the prolouge (slight spoilers) kind of awkwardly tries to, but it didn't really land for me.

...but imo kind of fails at it? Within the game, the Gods are kind of objectively evil. Genuinely, truly, evil. It would be better if the game kind of just cut out the evil acts they perform, but instead it canonizes them and poorly tries to adress / explain them in a pretty unconvincing way imo.
